TalentNeuron Acquires HRForecast, Launches First Unified Strategic Workforce Planning Platform
TalentNeuron, backed by Leeds Equity Partners, has acquired HRForecast, a strategic workforce planning and skills management software provider. This acquisition will create the first end-to-end platform integrating internal workforce data with external labor market insights, enabling customers to plan for future talent needs and address skill gaps. The merger combines HRForecast’s workforce planning capabilities and TalentNeuron’s global labor data, delivering an industry-leading solution for workforce transformation. Customers of both companies will gain access to enhanced features, serving over 700 Global 2000 clients. HRForecast will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TalentNeuron, with its co-founders joining to support the shared vision.
NEW YORK-TalentNeuron, a Leeds Equity portfolio company, today announced the acquisition of HRForecast, a Munich-based provider of strategic workforce planning and skills management software. The acquisition extends TalentNeuron’s strategic workforce planning capabilities beyond any solution in the market today.
The combined platform is the first to integrate internal workforce data and external labor information and insights across a unified data architecture, enabling customers to forecast, scenario plan, and solve for future talent, skill, and capacity gaps. This is an end-to-end solution—from planning future business scenarios and predicting future skills and jobs to building a skills-based workforce. HRForecast’s advanced workforce planning software and internal talent marketplace module, combined with TalentNeuron’s extensive global labor market data and analytics, will deliver the industry’s most comprehensive software and associated dataset for strategic workforce planning.
