Riverbed Leads in Workplace Employee Experience Management Platforms
Riverbed, the leader in unified observability, today announced that it was named a Leader in Everest Group’s report: Workplace Employee Experience Management Platforms PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2023. Everest Group assessed 10 Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform providers, which was based on the research firm’s annual request for information (RFI) process conducted over Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, exchanges with leading DEX platform providers, client reference checks, and an ongoing analysis of the DEX market.
The report recognized that hybrid and remote work models will persist for many years, and that a superior workplace digital experience is vital to ensure higher productivity, engagement, and satisfaction. According to Everest Group, this necessitates a constant need to measure holistic employee experience, including both transactional data such as user, endpoint, and application data, along with elusive employee factors such as sentiment, connectedness, and engagement. The report explores solutions to help enterprises that are increasingly looking for capabilities to monitor and manage overall workplace digital experience and resolve any disruptive issues.
Riverbed’s Alluvio Aternity was recognized for key capabilities around its end-point monitoring and management, application performance management, infrastructure and security monitoring and sentiment analysis. Recent innovations to Alluvio Aternity include End-User Experience Insights and Digital Experience Index (DXI) dynamic exploration which showcase how Riverbed is meeting modern day digital workplace challenges.
