Humaans Raises $15M in Series A Funding
Humaans, a London, UK-based hr-tech startup, raised $15M in Series A funding.
The round, which has raised a total of $20m, was led by Lachy Groom with participation from Exor, Exponent Founders Capital, Tobias Lütke, Stewart Butterfield, Megan Quinn, Oliver Jay, Phil Chambers, Jay Simons, April Underwood, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, and Next Play Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its expansion into the European market and enable to further invest into Product and Engineering.
Led by Giovanni Luperti, CEO, Humaans provides an employee management platform that allows organisations to maintain a central hub of employee data while building a customizable people operations stack. The stack helps companies manage employee data, documents, reporting, and people processes that power the entire structure.
Clients include Pleo, Fidel API, Manyone, Pento, and Birdie, among others.
Despite the recent market dynamics, Humaans hit important milestones and experienced meaningful growth in the past 12 months. This funding round will help it consolidate our UK presence and accelerate Humaans’ expansion into the European market, enable it to further invest into the product and in hiring world class talent, as well as strengthen the position of the business.
