HR SaaS Provider Vantage Circle Opens Americas HQ In Calgary To Expand Its Market
Vantage Circle selected Calgary as headquarters for company’s Americas and international growth operations

Vantage Circle, a leading global HR Software as a Service (SaaS) provider opened the company’s new Americas headquarters on Thursday in Calgary, marking a significant milestone in the company’s North American expansion. The move into the new market is driven by Vantage Circle’s commitment to enhancing employee engagement and improving workplace culture on a global scale. The grand opening on July 6 was attended by Vantage Circle’s CEO Partha Neog, Calgary Economic Development CEO Brad Parry, and Calgary Mayor Jyoti Gondek.
Vantage Circle offers a comprehensive suite of HR solutions designed to revive and maintain employee engagement and drive employee behavior in multiple areas including DEI, sustainability, and holistic health and healing, among others. Their programs have been accredited by organizations such as Gartner, Brandon Hall, G2 and Baker’s Dozen and have been implemented at multiple Global 2000 corporations including Wipro, GE, and Bosch.
As Vantage Circle continues to grow rapidly they plan to scale their workforce both in Canada and across the Americas. The jobs created in Calgary will be high-paying technology jobs in sales, customer success, and project management.
