Germany-based zvoove Group Acquires ProSolution to further expand its portfolio by adding horizontal SaaS solutions
zvoove Group expands portfolio and underlines its status as the leading SaaS provider of personnel services software in Europe
Lohne/Schaanwald (Liechtenstein), 02 March 2023 – The zvoove Group, the market-leading provider of software for personnel and building service providers in Europe, has acquired Austria’s leading SaaS ERP solution provider in the field of personnel services with ProSolution. Since 2000, ProSolution has been developing and supporting web-based and mobile software products with a focus on human resource management. With the integration of the Austrian market leader, the zvoove Group is also expanding its portfolio with horizontal SaaS solutions. ProSolution customers, for their part, will benefit from zvoove solutions, which will give them additional critical competitive advantages.

ProSolution offers SaaS-based ERP and HCM solutions – from recruitment to gross payroll accounting – for medium-sized to large personnel service providers. A web-based and mobile software solution for digital time recording is also part of the product range. With this acquisition, the zvoove Group expands its locations to Liechtenstein, Innsbruck (Austria), Malaga (Spain) and Düsseldorf (Germany).
