UKG has been ranked highest for the ninth consecutive year in the 2024 Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises in the North American Midmarket Use Case. Their AI-driven UKG Pro HCM suite empowers businesses with actionable insights for improved productivity and compliance. UKG’s innovative solutions like UKG Bryte AI, UKG One View, and Strategic Workforce Planner help connect employee engagement to business outcomes. Recent recognitions, such as being named a Leader in multiple HR technology evaluations, highlight UKG’s commitment to driving workforce success.

UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, workforce management, and culture solutions, was once again ranked the highest in the 2024 Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises in the North American Midmarket Use Case for its UKG Pro® HCM suite. This is the ninth year UKG has been ranked #1 in this Use Case.

The Gartner Critical Capabilities research helps human resources (HR) technology leaders in enterprises with more than 1,000 employees identify suitable vendors based on their needs.

The AI-powered UKG Pro HCM suite helps organizations turn data into actionable insights that drive real-time decisions to enhance productivity and performance.
