Robert Half Reports Fourth-Quarter Financials: $1.473 Billion in Revenue
Robert Half Inc. reported its fourth-quarter financial results, highlighting significant outcomes and future prospects. The report shows a net income of $87 million, or $0.83 per share, on revenues of $1.473 billion for the quarter ending December 31, 2023. This reflects a decrease from the previous year’s figures. The company’s yearly net income also dropped to $411 million from $658 million in 2022. Despite these declines, CEO M. Keith Waddell expressed optimism due to resilient global labor demand and ongoing talent shortages.
MENLO PARK, Calif., Jan. 30, 2024 Robert Half Inc. (NYSE: RHI) today reported revenues and earnings for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2023.
For the three months ended December 31, 2023, net income was $87 million, or $0.83 per share, on revenues of $1.473 billion. For the three months ended December 31, 2022, net income was $148 million, or $1.37 per share, on revenues of $1.727 billion.
For the year ended December 31, 2023, net income was $411 million, or $3.88 per share, on revenues of $6.393 billion. For the year ended December 31, 2022, net income was $658 million, or $6.03 per share, on revenues of $7.238 billion.

Global labor demand continues to be resilient, and talent shortages persist, although both are modestly below their peaks. We are encouraged that our improving weekly revenue trends that began in the third quarter and continued into the fourth quarter are approaching a positive inflection point,” said M.
